UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the High Court is to hear the petitions on 2.11.2015.

In the above circumstances, it would not be just and proper for us to hear the matter. We direct that the ad interim relief granted by this Court shall continue till the High Court finally decides the petitions.

The Special Leave Petitions stand disposed of in view of the above order.

Needless to say that it would be open to the parties to make all submissions before the High Court and we are sure that the High Court will decide the matter in accordance with law.
