The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld.Registar

Court on 19th November, 2015, when the following Order was passed:

"The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has requested to serve respondent no.1State in all the matters and respondent no.2 in SLP(Crl) No.825967,827072,827475 of 2015 by dasti. Request is hereby accepted. Notices be accordingly issued. Proof of service be filed within 28 days of service.

Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 2 in SLP(Crl) No. 8258,8269,8273,8276,8268 of 2015 has been filed. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks time. List again on 05.02.2016."

Accordingly, dasti notice was issued to the counsel for the Petitioner in respect all the Respondents in the matters abovementioned.

It is submitted that Mr. Gaurav Goel,Advocate has on 02.01.2016 filed proof of dasti service along with affidavit after serving the copy of notice to Respondent Nos.3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 14, 15,16,18 and 19 but nobody has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Moreover affidavit also states that respondent Nos. 8 and 10 have refused to accept the notice.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ajay Choudhary, Advocate and Mr. Dushyant Parashar, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 1/State (Common in all the matters) and respondent No. 2,12,13,17 and 20 respectively.

Service of show casue notice is complete on all the respondents except respondent Nos.8 and 10.

The mattera abovementioned are listed before the Ld.Registrar Court with this office report.
