Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and having perused the material placed on record, we find no reason to consider interference in the order dated 22.11.2021 whereby, the ature Not Verifie Mision Bench of the High Court has declined the prayer for vacating the stay order operating since 04.09.2015.

As regards prayer for early hearing of the matter, we leave it open for the parties to make an appropriate request to the High Court for consideration.
We hope and trust that such a request for early hearing shall be given due consideration by the High Court.
