UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
ferfind We are not inclined to entertain the special leave petition in exercise of $\mathbb{F}$ isdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India; hence, the special leave petition is dismissed.

However, it goes without saying that the observations/findings contained in the impugned judgment and order were made/returned by the High Court obviously for the purpose of disposal of the criminal original petition and may not be read in a manner so as to affect any other pending proceedings between the private parties.
