1. The special leave petition is heard in-part.

2. Advocate-on-Record for the petitioners shall file, by 15th December, 2024, a compilation of all the documents which are referred to in the list of dates placed in course of arguments by Mr. M.L. Varma, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, as well as those documents which have been tendered across the Bar by Mr. Varma in support of his submissions.
