The matters abovementioned have been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate on behalf the Petitioners against the Judgment and Final Order dated 3 rd May 2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition (Civil) Nos.11041/2015, 11853/2015 and 5191 of 2015. There is delay of One day in filing the SLP (Civil) CC No.15308 of 2016.

It is further submitted that SLP (Civil) No.20453 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1st August 2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and stayed operation of the impugned order of the High Court. The said matter is pending for hearing. A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 1st August 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is again submitted that SLP (Civil) No.22795 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed befroe the Hon'ble Court on 12th August 2016 alongwith connected matters, when the Court was pleased to direct issue

notice and stayed operation of the impugned order of the High Court. The said matter is pending for hearing. A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 12th August 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that SLP (Civil) No.23925 of 2016 and SLP (Civil) CC No.15308 of 2016 have been tagged with SLP (Civil) No.23920 of 2016 as all are arising out of common order.

The matters alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report
