As sought for four weeks time is granted to the ld. Counsel for the respondent-State to file counter affidavit. In respect of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 though affidavit of service has been filed but it shows that the address in which the notice has been served is the address furnished by the neighbour, therefore, service cannot be accepted.
