"Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Further proceedings pending before the Court of A.S.J., Rohini Courts, Delhi in FIR No. 540/2009 registered at P.S. Jahangir Puri, Delhi, shall remain stayed for a period of four weeks from today."
Accordingly Show Cause Notice returnable on 5.1.2015 was issued to all the three Respondents through registered post A.D.
It is submitted that Mr. D.S. Mahra, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1/State but no counter affidavit filed by him so far.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 11.3.2015 filed additional documents alongwith application for permission to file the same. Copy of the same is included in special leave petition paper books.
It is lastly submitted that Ms. Laxmi Arvind, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Copy of counter affidavit is included in special leave petition paper books.
Service of show cause notice is complete on all the three Respondents.
The matter above mentioned was listed before the Registrar's Court on 13.8.2015 when the following order was passed:
"Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 is already on record. Matter stands complete. Registry to process the matter for being listed before the Hon'ble Court as per rules."
