It is submitted that as directed above, counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 so far. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 4 so far.
