JUSTICE JAGDISH SINGH KHEHAR [IN CHAMBER] For Petitioner(s) Ms. Charu Mathur,Adv.(NP) For Respondent(s) UPON perusing paper the Court made the following O R D E R The special leave petition was found to be defective, and was accordingly not registered. Learned counsel for the petitioners was duly communicated the defects on 08.03.2016. The defects have not been removed despite the expiry of 90 days from the date of communication of the defects, as required under the relevant rules. It seems, that the petitioners are no longer interested to pursue the special leave petition. However, as a last chance, four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office report, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- as cost. The cost shall be deposited with the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Trust within one week from today. In case of non-deposit of cost and/or non-removal of defects within the time stipulated hereinabove, the special leave petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed in default.
