UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties and having gone through the impugned judgment and order(s) passed by the Division Bench of the High Court and in the facts and circumstances of the present case, no interference of this Court is called for in exercise of powers under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The Special Leave Petitions stand dismissed.
However, it is clarified that any observations made by the Division Bench of the High Court and/or even the order passed by the learned Single Judge shall be treated as tentative while considering the grant of leave to file the suit in the Madras High Court and the the suits before the Madras High Court as well as the Bombay High Court shall be decided and disposed of absolutely in accordance with law and on their own merits.
