I find from the cause title of the Special Leave Petition that Respondent Nos.5 and 6 are only proforma respondents but they were not contesting respondents in the High Court as also in this Court.
In this view of the matter, in my opinion, there is no need to effect service on unserved respondent No.6 in SLP (C) No.18361, 18363, 18553 and 18555 of 2016 and respondent NO.5 in SLP (C) No.18547 of 2016.
