Our attention has been invited to the order dated 04.03.2020 passed by this Court in SLP (Civil) Nos.28285 of 2015 and other connected matters. Said order recorded the submission of the learned counsel for the State that similar questions arose for consideration in SLP (Civil) Nos.32001-32002 of 2016. The Court, therefore, directed that SLP (Civil) Nos.28285 of 2015 and other connected matters be placed before the appropriate Bench.
In view of the order dated 04.03.2020, it is directed that the instant Special Leave Petitions [SLP (C) Nos.32001-32002 of 2016 and connected matters] be listed alongwith SLP (Civil) Nos.28285 of 2015 & other connected matters before the appropriate Court after seeking requisite directions from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India.
