The SLP(C) No. 28285 of 2015 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28th September, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable within eight weeks."

Subsequently, the SLP(C) No. 32038 of 2015 matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6 th November, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Delay condoned. Issue notice on the special leave petition returnable within six weeks. Notice be also issued in respect of prayer for stay. Let the matter be tagged with SLP (C)

No.28285 of 2015 and be listed accordingly."

Subsequently, the I.A No. 3 of 2016 (Application for Impleadment as party Respondent) in SLP(C) No. 28285 of 2015 was listed before the Hon'ble Judge-In-Chamber on 31st March, 2016 when the following order was pleased

:- NS

"Let IA No. 3/2016 be listed for orders at the time of hearing of the special leave petition. In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the petitioners is at liberty to file reply to the application."

Again, the matters above-mentioned were listed before the Registrar's Court on 27th October, 2016, when the following order was passed :-

"SLP(C) No. 28285/2015

Respondent Nos.1 to 4 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the respondent No. 5 to file the counter affidavit. After expiry of four weeks, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

SLP(C) No. 32038/2015

Respondent Nos. 5 to 8 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to file the counter affidavit. After expiry of four weeks, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court."

SLP(C) No. 28285 of 2015

It is submitted that there are five Respondent in this matter. Ms. Suchitra A. Chitale, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance & counter-affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Copies of the same have already been included in the paper-books.

It is further submitted that Mr. K. R Sasiprabhu, Advocate for Respondent No. 5 has not filed counter-affidavit so far.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) No. 32038 of 2015

It is submitted that there are eight Respondents in the matter. Mr. S.Uday Kumar Sagar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 to 4 and Ms. Suchitra A. Chitale, Advocate has entered NS

appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 8. They have also filed counter affidavit on their behalf.

Service is complete.

The aforesaid matters alongwith application are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
