"Perused the letter. Last opportunity of two weeks is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to file rejoinder affidavit. List the matter on 23rd November, 2016 on top of the Board subject overnight part heard."

It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above, Mr. Mishra Saurabh, Counsel for the Appellants has on 22.11.2016 filed rejoinder affidavit to the Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Service in the instant appeal is complete.

It is submitted that while granting leave in the Appeals abovementioned vide this Hon'ble Court Order dated 02.12.2016 and 15.12.2016 , there Appeals are tagged with C.A. No. 5247 of 2017 which is on board. Hence, these Appeals are being listed before the Hon'ble Court.

Mr. A.P. Mayee, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 in C.A. Nos. 11816 of 2016,11820 of 2016 and 1182218225 of 2016 at SLP stage.

It is further submitted that Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal could not be issued in the Appeal abovementioned as the Counsel has not filed spare copies.

It is lastly submitted that in terms of Court's order dated 15.12.2016, Counsel for the Appellants has filed Court fees and Cause Title has been amended in C.A. No. 11816 of 2016

The Appeal alongwith the Applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
