Let this matter be taken along with C.A.No.4056-64/1999 and Writ Petition Nos.376/2015 and 729/2019.

In so far as prayers (d) and (e) are concerned, Mr. Kavin Gulati, learned senior advocate submitted that the payments in respect of said demand notices have already been made by the petitioner. The statement is recorded.
