It is submitted that Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal is complete as sole Respondent is represented through Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Advocate. Neither counsel for appellant nor counsel for respondent has filed statement of case so far despite this registry's notice dated 15th July, 2014. Time to file statement of case has already expired. Affidavit of valuation is not required in this matter as matter is filed against Writ Petition.

It is further submitted that counsel for appellant has not filed 6 additional paper books of Civil Appeal abovementioned as matter is connected to the Civil Appeal No. 40564064 of 1999 and it has been referred to the Constitutional Bench (9 Judges Bench) so far despite this registry's letter dated 15th September, 2016.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court for orders.
