The matter abovementioned has been filed by Mr. Rishi Matoliya, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioner against the Judgment and Order dated 06th October, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur passed in Writ Petition No. 9102 of 2013.

It is submitted that a delay of 60 days in refiling the instant Special Leave Petition has been condoned by the competent authority.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 886 of 2017 @ Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 1369 of 2017 arising out of common order is pending and was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th January, 2017, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant leave with certain directions and tag with Civil Appeal Nos. 405664 of 1999 (copy of the record of proceedings dated 20th January, 2017 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The matter along with application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
