"Leave granted.

Tag with Civil Appeal Nos. 405664 of 1999. No coercive steps shall be taken to recover any amount in pursuance of the present proceedings, as and when any demand is raised."

It is submitted that the Civil Appeal Nos. 40564064 of 1999 and other connected matters have been referred to Constitution Bench of Nine Hon'ble Judges and Mr. Naveen Kumar, counsel for the Appellant has only on 17.1.2017 furnished 6 sets of Paper Books for the use of Constitution Bench.

It is also submitted that there are two respondents in the matter and Mr. Irshad Ahmad, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on their behalf.

Service is complete. Counsel for the appellant and respondents have not filed statement of case. Time to file statement of case has already been expired in view of amended SCR Rules, 2013. Appeal is ready for hearing.

The office report is listed before Ld. Registrar Court for prefinal hearing.
