This appeal arises out of final impugned Judgment & order dated 20.05.2012 as corrected vide order dated 16.08.2012 passed by High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in C.M.W.P. No. 587/2003.

There are 5 respondents and all are contesting respondents. Respondent Nos. 1 to 2 are represented through Mr. Rajiv Yadav, Advocate and respondent Nos. 3, 4 & 5 have not entered appearance though served at SLP stage.

It is submitted that statement of case has not been filed by the counsel for the respective parties.

It is further submitted that Mr. Praveen Swarup, Advocate has on 17.12.2015 filed an Interlocutory Application for impleadment on behalf of Mr. Parasnath Singh, Applicant to be impleaded as Respondent alongwith an Interlocutory Application for exemption from filing Official Translation. These Interlocutory Applications have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 2 & 3 respectively.

The Interlocutory Application Nos. 2 & 3 in the Civil Appeal above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this office report.
