This appeal arises out of final impugned Judgment, order and decree dated 20.07.2007 passed by High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in C.M.W.P. No. 587/2003.

There are 5 respondents and all are contesting respondents. Respondent Nos. 12 & 34 are represented through Mr. Vinay Garg and Mr. Vishwajit Singh, Advocate and respondent No. 5 has not entered appearance though served at SLP stage.

It is submitted that statement of case has not been filed by the counsel for the respective parties.

It is further submitted that Mr. Praveen Swarup, Advocate on 17.12.2015 has filed an Interlocutory Application for impleadment on behalf of Mr. Parasnath Singh, Applicant as Respondent alongwith an Interlocutory Application for exemption from filing Official Translation. These Interlocutory Applications have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 3 & 4 respectively.

The Interlocutory Application Nos. 3 & 4 in the Civil Appeal above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this office report.
