"Hon'ble the Chief Justice pronounced the Order of the Bench Comprising His Lordship, Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.S. Panicker Radhakrishnan and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Swatanter Kumar.

As the matter needs to be considered by the Bench of Nine Hon'ble Judges, the office is directed to place the matter on the administrative side before the Chief Justice for appropriate orders."

It is submitted that appeals abovementioned are to be listed before the nine Hon'ble Judges Bench. M/s Gagrat & Co., Advocate for the appellant has on 2nd November, 2015 filed 6 spare Copies of Appeal Paper Books in Civil Appeal No. 7397/2008 but in rest of the matters. Advocate for the appellant has not filed extra six each complete copies of appeal paper books despite Registry's letter dated 15th April, 2011 so far.

Service is complete in all the matters.

The matters above mentioned are listed before Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
