The matter abovementioned has been filed by Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tyagi, Advocate on behalf of the petitioner against the Final Judgment and Order dated 9 th November, 2012 of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6854 of 2012.

It is submitted that S.L.P. © Nos. 287290 of 2013 @ S.L.P. © Nos. 3920939212 of 2012, arising out of common order were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th January, 2013, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant leave and tag with C.A. No. 6498 of 2008. These matters are further tagged with C.A. Nos. 40564064 of 1999 and the same are pending for hearing. Copy of record of proceeding dated 11th January, 2013, is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that the S.L.P. © Nos. 57135714 of 2011, referred to on Annexure P7 (Page Nos. 143144 of the SLP paper books) were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th February, 2011, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same as withdrawn.

It is lastly submitted that the application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 13th October, 2014, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay in refiling the special leave petition is condoned subject to deposit a sum of Rs. 500/ with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks. The same shall be utilized for the cause of Juvenile justice."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 29th October, 2014, filed proof of depositing the cost of Rs. 500/.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
