SLP(C) No.14663/2012 The learned counsel for the sole respondent has made a submission at Bar that counter affidavit has been filed on record on 18.4.2013. Office to verify the same. In these proceedings, the learned counsel for the petitioner has yet not filed the application for amendment of the cause title alongwith certificate of incorporation. Needful be done by the next date, failing which, further necessary orders, as per rules, shall be passed. List again on 2.8.2013." SLP (C) NO.14659 AND 14666 OF 2012 It is submitted that counsel for sole Respondent in these matters has not filed counter Affidavit so far. ....2/- -2- SLP (C) NO. 14663 OF 2012 It is submitted that counsel for the sole respondent has on 18th April, 2013 filed counter affidavit. It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for amendment of cause title alongwith certificate of incorporation so far.
