The ld. Advocate, Ms Jyoti Upadhyay accepts notice

for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 whereas the ld. Advocate, Mr Anil K Pandey accepts notice for respondent No.5. Petitioner has to provide additional copies of pleadings against proper acknowledgment which is to be filed on record to avoid issuance of further notices.

Let there be fresh notice with dasti service on unserved respondent Nos. 3 and 4, which is permitted to be

served through the standing counsel, if process fee and spare copies are paid before 11.5.2012, else list before

the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for non-prosecution. Registry has to follow the directions as per Circular dated 19.1.2012.

The ld. Advocate for the petitioner wants that copy of the AD submitted by him on 12.4.2012 shall be treated as proof of service. However, such postal acknowledgment does not have any endorsement regarding receipt of registered letter by the concerned respondent. Registry is directed to forward photocopy of such acknowledgment to the postal department. Parties shall realize that no such improper document shall be treated as proper proof of service.
