IA No. 34449/2025 - AMENDMENT OF THE PETITION

We permit the amendment as prayed for in the application.

Accordingly, the interim order passed by this Court on 6th February, 2025 is modified to the limited extent of FIR number and shall be read as:

"No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner on the basis of First Information Report (FIR)No.11214021220464/2022 dated 04.06.2022 registered at Kosamba Police Station, Surat (Rural) District, Gujarat till further orders."
