In the meanwhile, further proceedings in Petition No. A-2631 of 2009, Contempt Petition No.309 of 2011, Appeal No. 164 of 2010 and Civil Application No.324 of 2010 titled 2 Dr. Bindu Devdutt Purohit vs. Alka Purohit pending before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai within the State of Maharashtra and High Court of Bombay respectively shall remain stayed. It shall be the petitioner's duty to serve the respondent before the next date of hearing failing which the interim order passed today shall stand automatically

vacated.

With a view to give an opportunity to the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable resolution of their matrimonial dispute, we direct them to appear before the Mediation Centre of the Supreme Court on 16.01.2012.

Incharge, Mediation Centre shall submit report to this Court within next three weeks.

List the case on 24.02.2012.

A copy of this order be sent to the respondent along with the notice.
