Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and
having gone through the record, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court.
2. The petitions are, accordingly, dismissed. However, it shall be open for the petitioners herein to recover the amount of Rs.5.15 lakh said to have been paid by them towards earnest money as directed by the Trial Court and affirmed by the High Court.
