The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08th July,

2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned.

Application to delete proforma respondent Nos. 6 to 22 from the array of parties is allowed at the risk of the petitioner.

Amended memo of parties be filed within two weeks. Issue notice.

Mr. Nikilesh Ramachandran, learned counsel accepts on behalf of respondent No. 1.

Notice may now be issued to respondent Nos. 2 too 5.

In the meantime, there will be a stay of the operation of the judgment and order dated 29.01.2016 passed by the High court of Orissa in W.P. (C) No. 2670 of 2012."

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that in view of order quoted above, Show cause notice was issued on 22.7.2016 to Respondent No. 2 to 5. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 so far. A.D. card has been received from Respondent No. 5 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far. Proforma Respondent Nos. 6 to 22 have been deleted from the array of parties accordingly cause title has been amended.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar with this office report.
