weeks' time and notice thereafter be issued. List again on 09.01.2017."

It is submitted for the information of the Court of Ld. Registrar that Counsel for Respondent No. 1 has not filed the counteraffidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner filed the spare copies of SLP and accordingly fresh show cause notices was issued to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. As per tracking report show cause notices have not been delivered to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3 & 4.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this report.
