Ld. counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5 submits that respondent No.2 has expired. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in this regard within four weeks. Ld. counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 3 to 5 seeks four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Last opportunity is granted for filing counter affidavit as four weeks' time has already been granted vide order dated 8.11.2019.
