Versus

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 20.11.2013 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in LPA No. 4049/2013. The matter initially filed on 23.09.2014 is barred by time by 203 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 12.01.2015 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 84 days.

It is further submitted that CC No. 569/2015 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.01.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 19.01.2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 21.3.2012 and CWP No. 1609/2012 mentioned in the impugned order. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 12.01.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 58 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

The matter alongwith applications above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
