It is submitted that the Writ Petitions above-mentioned were listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 07.05.2015 with office report dated 06.05.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Opportunity of respondent No. 1 to file the counter affidavit in W.P.(C) Nos. 852 and 860/2014 stands already declined. However, counter affidavit for respondent No. 1 in W.P.(C) No. 851/2014 has already been filed. The same is awaited on behalf of respondent No. 2 in all the three Writ Petitions herein. Be filed within four weeks' time. List again on 15.07.2015"

It is further submitted that counsel for respondent No. 2 in all the three writ petitions has not filed counter affidavit till date.

Service of notice is complete in all the matters.
