(C) No. 398 of 2014 relating to Uttar Pradesh Higher Judicial Service Examination 2014 and challenging Rule 5(b) of Uttar Pradesh Higher Judicial Service Rule 1975 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.05.2014, when the Court directed to issue notice, is pending. (Copy of order dated 07.05.2014 is annexed as Annexure P-4 at page No. 85 in WP © No. 851/2014). [main matter is WP © No. 256/2014].

It is further submitted that the matters above-mentioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 26.09.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"At the request, post after Dussehra Holidays."
