Respondent no.1 in W.P.(C) No.852 and 860 of 2014 has also not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted, however, ld. counsel appearing for respondent no.1 submits that she adopts the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.1 in W.P.(C) No.851/2014.

Respondent no.2 has not filed counter affidavit and time granted by the Hon'ble Court has expired.

Matters stand complete. However, to be listed before the Hon'ble Court alongwith connected matters.
