It is submitted that the Writ Petitions above-mentioned were listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 10.09.2015 with office report dated 09.09.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Proof of service of pleadiongs has yet not been filed. Petitioner to provide the pleadings to the respondents within two weeks and to file the proof of service thereof. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter.

Opportunity of respondent No.1 to file has already been declined. List again on 1.12.2015."

It is further submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, counsel for the petitioner has on 15.09.2015 filed proof of service after serving complete set of pleadings on the counsel for respondent no. 2 in all the matters but no counter affidavit has been filed by counsel for respondent No. 2 in any of the matters.

Service of notice is complete in all the matters.

The Writ Petitions above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar regarding non filing of counter affidavit with this Office Report.
