UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

**Mr. Yatin M. Jagtap, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was refused pre-arrest bail by the High Court, the Court should have appreciated that the only Section which is non bailable is Section 328 of the Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that a similar case i.e., SLP (Crl.) No.4101/2020 (**The State of Maharashtra and Ors. Vs Anand Ramdhani Chaurasia and Another) is pending in this Court.

Tag this case with SLP(Crl.) No.4101/2020.
