UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
We do not intend to pass any order in the special leave petition.
However, considering the facts as has been stated before us by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner – wife could not get the reservation during this period of Deepawali and prays for one week's time to give effect to the order so passed by the High Court of Calcutta.
In view of that, we direct the petitioner - wife to be present on 06.11.2016 instead of 30.10.2016 between 2.00 PM to 4.00
We also request the Special Officer in terms of this order that she will be able to make herself available and shall present at the time of such visitation as directed by the Hon'ble Date: 2016.10.28 17:32:17 IST Reason:
High Court.
The petitioner-wife shall also inform the Special Officer immediately about her staying at Kolkata in advance, if possible.
The special leave petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
