The High Court has already permitted the tenant - Mr. Mustaq Ahmad Rizvi(died) through L.Rs to occupy the premises till November 15, 2017. To avail of that benefit the tenant will have to furnish usual undertaking within four weeks.
It is clarified that during the entire period, the tenant will be liable to pay rent/damage(s) at the rate of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) per month as directed by the High Court by an interim order dated 23.09.2011.
