The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 14.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"SLP(C) Nos. 20711 and 20713/2016

Ms. Varsha Poddar, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 , 2 and 3. She seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 4 to 6 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

The learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No. 7 and he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to him within the same period. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioners within the period prescribed above.

Ms. Varsha Poddar, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent No.1. She seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

The learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No. 5 and he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to him within the same period. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioners within the period prescribed above.

The learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No. 5 who is residing abroad in compliance with the rules governing the subject.

Ms. Varsha Poddar, Ld. Counsel has stated that the respondent No.1 has expired. Ld. Counsel for the petitioners shall take appropriate steps within a period of four weeks for the said respondent.

Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioners within the period prescribed above.

Four weeks time is given to the Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 to 6 to file the counter affidavit.

Ms. Varsha Poddar, Ld. Counsel has stated that the respondent No.1 has expired. Ld. Counsel for the petitioners shall take appropriate steps within a period of four weeks for the said respondent.

Service position of each matter is as under:-

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 18.10.2016 filed an application for deletion of name of Respondent No. 7 in SLP (C) Nos. 20711, 20712, 20713, 20717, 20720 and 20723/2016 but the respondent numbers are different in SLPs. Despite this Registry's letter dated 19.10.2016, counsel has not done the needful so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 18.10.2016 filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of deceased Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 20723/2016 but the same is defective as he has not served its copy on counsel for respondent nos. 3 to 6, not filed chamber summons and not mentioned other Para___________ and not filed condonation of delay application, despite this Registry's letter dated 19.10.2016, counsel has not done the needful so far.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps for bringing on record Lrs. Of deceased Respondent No. 1 so far.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
