Patil, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has invited our attention to the prayer made in Writ Petition No. 583/2016 before the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Nagpur Bench, to the effect that appropriate writ, order or directions be issued to set aside the Judgment delivered on 15.12.2015 in Revision Petition No. 20 of 2015. The High Court while passing the interim order on the 2 oral submission made on behalf of the respondent No. 2 in the writ proceedings, stayed the proceedings until further order in Appeal No. 67/2015 filed by him pending before the Co-operative Appellate Court, Nagpur, until further order. In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to point out this fact to the High Court. The High Court shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. All other contentions are kept open to be urged in the writ petition proceedings. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, the special leave petition stands disposed of.
