It is submitted that there are 5 respondents in this matter. As per tracking report show cause notice has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of Respondent No. 5, tracking report received with remarks "Item Delivery attempted LEFT INDIA".

It is submitted there are 6 respondents in this matter. Mr. Saurabh Trivedi, Advocate has on 06.09.2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. As per tracking report, show cause notice has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 but no one has entered appearance so far.
