UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The present matter has been listed as some mistake had occurred in order dated 5.5.2017. It is submitted by Mr. M.L. Lahoty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that paragraph 4 at page 3 should have come underneath the paragraph one of the order that relates to SLP (C) Nos.34225-34226/2016 & 37398-37399/2016. Regard being had to the said submission, the said paragraph is brought underneath the first paragraph of the aforesaid special leave petitions and the words 'interlocutory application' shall be read as 'interlocutory applications'.
