The I.A. no. 2 (permission to pursue divorce proceedings) in the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.11.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-
"Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the sides.
The petitioner is permitted to pursue the Divorce proceedings before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, County of Camden.
However, the petitioner shall inform the Superior Court of New Jersey that the matter is being heard by this Court and, therefore, final orders may not be passed in the matter till this Court pronounces its final order.
In view of the above, this interlocutory application is disposed of."
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 06.03.2017 filed an application for directions (regd as I.A. No. 3) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that the sole respondent is represented by Ms. K.V. Bharathi Upadhyay, Advocate but she has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent so far.
It is lastly submitted that the matter was mentioned before Hon'ble Court on 09.03.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
"Not to be deleted from the notified date."
