It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 18.10.2016 filed common application for deletion of common respondent namely viz Smt. Bharati Singha Bist i.e. Respondent No. 7 in SLP (C) No. 20711/2016 and 20713/2016, Respondent No. 5 in SLP (C) No. 20712 and 20717/2016, Respondent No. 6 in SLP (C) No. 20723/2016 and Respondent No. 11 in SLP (C) No. 20720/2016 (registered as I.A. No. 2) and the same has been placed with SLP Paper Books.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dated 18.11.2016 regarding status of Mrs. Bharati Singha Bist in each matter and the same has been marked at page no. 5 of I.A. No. 2 Paper Books.
The application in the matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this Office Report.
