It is submitted that there are 48 respondents in this matter. Show cause notice returnable was issued to respondent Nos. 1 to 48 by registered AD as well as dasti on 12.9.2013. Neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent Nos. 1 to 48.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 1 to 48.

It is submitted that there are 48 respondents. Counsel for the petitioner has filed 10 sets of SLP copies. Despite this Registry's letter dated 21.8.2013 counsel for the petitioner has not filed the deficit Court fee so far.
