UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The Learned counsel for the respondent No. 32 seeks and is given four weeks' time as last chance to file the counter affidavit. Digitally signed by Signature Not Verified
Respondent Nos. 45 and 47 have already filed the counter affidavit as gets revealed from the perusal of the office report. Madhu Grover Date: 2014.08.29 09:55:39 IST Reason:
The office report further states that the service is complete as against the respondent Nos. 2, 7 to 9, 10-16, 20,26, 30-31, 33, 36, 38-41 and 44 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. The office report also reveals that Respondent Nos. 3, 6, 35, 42 in SLP(C) No. 24131/2012 has been served in connected matters SLP(C) No. 23953/2013. Therefore service is deemed as complete on them. These respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks in case they intend to do so.
The office report further indicates that the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter stating therein that the served respondent Nos. 2 and 35 have expired. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the said respondents within a period of four weeks.
Fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent Nos. 4,5, 17-19, 21-25, 27-29, 34, 37, 38, 43, 46, 48 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of three weeks.
