UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Interlocutory Application No.10808 of 2018 is filed by the petitioners for deletion of the names of all proforma respondents from the array of cause title.

In the light of the averments made in the application, application under consideration is allowed and the names of these proforma respondents whose names are mentioned in the array of cause tile are deleted at the risk of the petitioners. The effect of the deletion shall be taken note at the time of hearing of these petitions.
