Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner herself filed a suit in the civil Court in Raigarh District of Maharashtra when she was the resident of Delhi. The respondents are the residents of Kerala. The presence of the petitioner on every date fixed in the civil suit is not necessary. She can attend the Court only when her evidence is to be recorded. Therefore, no case is made out for passing an order of transfer.

The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
