UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

There are eighteen respondents in this matter. Ld. Counsel for petitioner has filed only five spare copies instead of eighteen.

It has been submitted by Mr. Samman Vardhan Gautam, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Birendra Kumar Mishra, Ld. Advocate-on-Record (caveator) that vakalatnama has already been filed on behalf of Caveator/Respondent Nos. 2 and 4. Registry to verify the same and update the records.

A letter has been moved by Ld. Counsel for petitioner that the process for notice qua Respondent No. 10 to 15 and Respondent Nos. 17 and 18 be dispensed with.

Let appropriate application in this regard be moved within a period of one week.

There are 20 respondents in this matter. Ld. Counsel for petitioner has filed only two spare copies instead of twenty.

Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that he has already filed the counter affidavit. Registry to verify the same. If so, update the records accordingly.

It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 (State) that there are five more connected matters which are not listed today before this Court while all the seven connected matters should be listed together.

Registry to verify the same and list all the matters together with these two SLPS.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has filed a letter stating therein that the process for the notice for Respondent No. 10 to 20 be dispensed with.

Ld. Counsel shall file proper application in this regard within a period of one week.
